Raise Initial Operating Funds

The objective of this task is to implement the specific plan for raising initial operating funds and to secure the necessary funds to operate LoveINC for the first year.

End product: First year operating funds are secured for LoveINC of South Snohomish County.  May be a combination of special gifts and pledges for monthly contributions.
