Service Ministry Coordinator

Job Description:

Provide overall leadership of LoveINC affiliated service ministries with emphasis on:

• On-going research to understand community needs and resources
• Preparation and regular update of the LoveINC Service Ministry Development Plan
• Facilitation of gap ministry development
• Oversight of ministry operation
• Provision of servant training and encouragement
• Management of ministry resources
• Provision for an orderly succession of ministry leadership
